By accessing or using Valeria Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Valeria Health provides a technology platform that connects patients with licensed clinicians from Dr Telx for telehealth consultations. Valeria Health is a platform — it does not practice medicine. All clinical decisions are made independently by licensed clinicians through Dr Telx.

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our clinicians are licensed to practice. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and intake.

Our platform is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel or pause at any time. Refunds on unshipped orders are issued in full; shipped compounded medications cannot be returned per pharmacy regulations, but damaged or mislabeled shipments are replaced at no charge.

A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. All treatment decisions are at the sole discretion of your clinician based on their clinical judgment.

Compounded medications dispensed through Valeria Health are prepared by FDA-registered 503A pharmacies — Epiq Scripts, Rush Pharmacy, and Striker Pharmacy — for individual patients based on a prescriber's order. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products.
