Our platform services all 50 states. In AK, AZ, CT, DE, ID, KS, LA, MS, NM, WV, and DC, clinical evaluation is conducted via synchronous video visit with a licensed clinician.

Getting Started

How does the consultation work?
You complete a detailed medical intake online — medical history, goals, vitals, labs if you have them. A licensed clinician reviews asynchronously and typically issues your prescription or follows up with clarifying questions within 24 hours. If a video visit is clinically required for your specific case, one is scheduled at no additional cost. You can message your clinician through your Valeria portal at any time during treatment.

Shipping & Service

How quickly will my medication arrive?
Most orders arrive at your door within 72 hours of clinician approval via standard shipping. Need it sooner? You can upgrade at checkout to 2-day or overnight rush. Compounded medications ship cold-chain where required, in discreet temperature-controlled packaging with tracking — you'll receive the tracking number the moment your order leaves the pharmacy.

Pricing & Policy

Do I need insurance? Can I use HSA or FSA?
Valeria Health is a cash-pay platform — no insurance, no claims, no surprise bills. The price you see is the price you pay. Most protocols are HSA and FSA eligible, and we'll provide itemized receipts for reimbursement submission where applicable. We do not bill insurance on your behalf.
Can I cancel? What if something goes wrong?
You can pause or cancel your subscription any time from your account — no calls, no forms, no hold music. Unshipped orders are refundable in full. Shipped compounded medications cannot be returned per pharmacy regulations, but if anything is damaged in transit, mislabeled, or arrives outside spec, we replace it at no charge. For clinical concerns, message your Dr Telx clinician through the portal; for anything non-clinical, email support@valeria.health and you'll hear back within one business day.
